B’zのサポメンドラマー、シェーンさんのインスタ・FB投稿に感動の声続出

新しいメンバー発表の件で、ものすごい愛を皆さんからいただいて非常に心を打たれています。日本のファンの皆さんには感謝してもしきれません。本当に最高でした！！ 本当に皆さんのことを愛してます。B'zの公式サイトで「バンドサウンドを支えるサポートメンバーを一新し、新たなB’zサウンドを展開。新生B’zを是非お見逃しなく！」という告知を見たのですが、僕はKoshiがこれを書いたとは思ってません（笑）。これは、人としての話しですが、４人でトータル５９年間、僕たちは全身全霊をこのバンドに捧げて来たわけですが、ファンの皆さんが疑問に感じたりしてたことについて、ここで僕の見解をちょっと書きたいと思います。プロとして貢献し献身的に支えた５９年間について、それは、僕たちが一言で終わらされてしまうような存在ではなく、感謝や賞賛、尊重されるに値する、それ以上の存在であると思っています。僕はB'zというバンドの一員として１７年間演奏してきましたが、本当にすばらしい時間を過ごさせていただきました。日本滞在中は、北は北海道から南は沖縄の端まで日本中を駆け巡りました。通算約500公演がソールドアウトという、日本屈指の各地のスタジアムで最大規模のツアーに参加させていただきました。曲も130曲以上を収録し、DVDでは何個かライブに参加し、数え切れないほどのテレビ番組にも出演しました。またB'zとは音楽制作の場においては、EP盤のアレンジやミキシング、作詞などを通して充実した時間を過ごさせていただきました。これらすべてのことに感謝しています。これは、ミュージシャンとしてなかなか経験できることではありません。でも何よりも、僕が一番心を揺さぶられたことは、刺激的でパワフルな音楽がどれだけ影響力のあるものか、ということでした。公演毎に、言葉ではとても表現しきれない感情が湧き上がり、ファンの皆さんの顔が生き生きと輝いているのを見てどれだけ感動したことか。素晴らしすぎでした！一生忘れません！一つ明確にしておきたいのですが、今回メンバーを脱退したのは、僕や他のメンバーの意思ではありません。正直言って、このバンドはメンバー全員がいつも暖かい雰囲気で満ちていて、家族のようなバンドでした。骨折するような怪我をしても、家族が病気になろうが、不幸があろうが何が起ころうとも、どんな時も僕たち全員がファンの皆さんに最高のライブを届けたくて尽力しました。そして、困難なことが起きても何とかそれを乗り越えて、すばらしいライブにしてきました。そういうこともありいろいろ考える節があると思いますが、僕またはメンバーのみんなが、B'zの二人が現時点で新しい事に挑戦したいという思いや、そしてそれは彼らの当然の権利であるという事を尊重しなければなりません。彼らは僕のとても大切な友達であり、ブラザーであり、これから先彼らがどんなことをしていこうとも、ずっとサポートし続けて行こうと思っています。愛をこめて　～シェーン～I have to say; I'm overwhelmed at the outpouring of love I've received in light of the recent B'z announcement. I can't begin to explain the gratitude and appreciation I have for my Japanese fans. The best in the world. Period! I genuinely love all of you… So, the only statement I've found so far in regards to this is on the B'z website: "don't miss out on the new info, we have new support members to give B'z a new sound" I'm pretty sure Koshi did not write this… lol! I thought I may elaborate just a tad more to answer and clarify some of your questions, as we're talking about four human beings that put their hearts and soul into this band for a combined 59 years. Fifty-nine years of professional, tireless dedication and devotion. That deserves some more acknowledgment and dignity than a sentence. I've had an amazing 17 years being a part of this band. I've literally been everywhere in Japan, from as far north to as far south as you can go. I played nearly 500 "sold out" shows with B'z, and a good chunk of those shows was headlining stadiums with the largest scale productions on earth. I recorded 130 plus songs, performed on several live DVDs and countless TV shows. I had an especially fulfilling time writing lyrics, arranging/production and mixing the B'z EP. I'm beyond grateful for all of it. Something many musicians never get to experience. But more than anything, what affected me the most, was to witness how inspiring and powerful music can be on such a grand scale. It's impossible to convey what kind of feeling I had and how moving it was to see all the fans light up every night. Truly spectacular! I will never forget it. I also wanted to clarify, that it was not my or my fellow bandmates decision to leave. I can say in all honesty, as a band, we were like a family, there was nothing but good vibes between all of us. We were all committed to one thing, and that was to give you, the fans, the best possible show we could, every night. It didn't matter if we had broken bones, deaths in the family, or deathly ill. We would always rise to the occasion, and somehow go out and put on a great show. These developments are a challenge to understand on many levels but I/we have to respect B'z and their desire to try new things at this point in their career, they most certainly deserve that right. I consider them my dear friends and brothers, and I will continue to support whatever endeavors they choose to do from this point on. Love ~Shane
